How Insurance Approvals Work
Understanding insurance coverage can be complex—our goal is to make it simple, transparent, and stress-free. Below is an overview of how our approval process operates:

Patients begin with an examination and assessment by our clinical team. A detailed treatment plan is then prepared based on the diagnosis.
02. Documentation Preparation
Our administrative staff gathers and prepares the necessary documents, including:

- Supporting clinical notes
- X-rays or diagnostic images
- Cost estimates
03. Submission to Insurance Provider
The completed documentation is submitted through the relevant insurance portal or communication channel (NAS, NEURON, SAICO, ADNIC, MSH, etc.).
04. Review & Approval
The insurance provider reviews the submitted documents. Approval times may vary depending on the complexity of the case and insurance guidelines.
05. Notification to the Patient
Once approval is received, our team promptly informs the patient of the authorized services and any co-payments or exclusions.
06. Treatment Delivery
Approved treatments are scheduled and performed with full transparency regarding coverage, financial responsibilities, and follow-up requirements.
