These Terms & Conditions govern all services, appointments, and transactions at Spectra Dental Centre LLC-SPC. By booking an appointment, undergoing treatment, or utilizing our services, patients acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

1. Appointments

  • Appointment times may vary based on patient flow, clinical complexity, and the attending doctor’s schedule.
  • Emergency cases may be prioritized when medically necessary, which may affect scheduled appointment timings.
  • Patients with confirmed bookings will be prioritized as per the schedule.

2. Payments

  • We accept cash, card, Tabby, and Tamara as modes of payment.
  • Tabby and Tamara transactions are subject to an additional 8% processing fee.
  • Tabby Card is not accepted; only Tabby Link payments are eligible.
  • Promotional prices are not applicable to insurance cardholders.
  • Promotional offers cannot be combined with other discounts unless explicitly stated.
  • Treatment prices may vary depending on the patient’s dental condition, complexity, and the finalized treatment plan.

3. Insurance

  • Coverage depends on the patient’s insurance provider, policy type, and benefit structure.
  • All pre-approvals are processed according to the specific insurer’s guidelines and policies.
  • If a claim is denied or partially approved, the outstanding amount must be paid directly by the patient.
  • Insurance providers typically do not cover cosmetic or aesthetic treatments, unless clearly specified by the policy.
  • Promotional prices do not apply to insured services or insured patients.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Patients are requested to inform the clinic at least 1–2 hours in advance when canceling or rescheduling an appointment.
  • Repeated cancellations or no-shows may affect future booking privileges.

5. Treatment

  • All treatment plans are customized based on comprehensive clinical examination and the patient’s dental condition.
  • Treatment outcomes may vary depending on factors such as oral hygiene practices, patient compliance, lifestyle habits, and general health.
  • The attending dentist reserves the right to decline or postpone treatment if it is deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or contrary to professional standards.

6. Installment Payments (Tabby & Tamara)

  • Installment approvals are solely determined by Tabby or Tamara based on their respective eligibility criteria.
  • Spectra Dental Centre does not influence, control, or guarantee approval decisions made by these third-party providers.
  • Refunds for transactions processed through Tabby or Tamara are subject to the policies, timelines, and conditions set by the respective provider.

7. Liability Disclaimer

Spectra Dental Centre is not liable for:

  • Delays in insurance approvals or processing
  • Rejected or partially approved insurance claims
  • External websites, third-party platforms, or external links accessed through our channels
  • Any misuse or unauthorized handling of patient information outside the clinic’s secure systems or beyond our operational control

8. Updates to Terms

Spectra Dental Centre LLC-SPC reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most recent version will always be published on our official website and will override any previous versions.
