1. Appointment Cancellation

• Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance

2. Late Cancellation / No Show

• Failure to cancel within 24 hours may result in:
  • Loss of advance payment (if applicable)
  • Rescheduling charges

3. Emergency Situations

We understand emergencies. Cancellation fees may be waived at the clinic’s discretion in genuine cases.

4. Clinic-Initiated Changes

• In rare situations, Spectra Dental Center may reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Patients will be informed in advance and given alternative slots.

5. Package Appointments

• Missed sessions in prepaid packages may be counted as utilized unless prior notice is given.
