Refund Policy
At Spectra Dental Center, we strive to provide high-quality dental and dermatology services. Our refund policy is outlined below:
1. Consultation Fees
Consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has been completed.
2. Advance Payments
- Any advance payment made for treatments may be adjusted against future services.
- Refunds for unused treatment amounts may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
3. Treatment Packages
- For prepaid treatment packages, refunds will be calculated based on:
- Services already utilized
- Applicable administrative charges
4. Cancellation by Patient
- If a treatment is canceled before initiation, eligible refunds may be processed after deductions (if any).
5. No Refund Cases
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Completed treatments
- Missed appointments without prior notice
- Dissatisfaction due to subjective expectations (when treatment is performed as per medical standards)
6. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
- Refunds will be made via original payment method or bank transfer
7. Mode of Payment
Payments made via POS machines or other methods will follow standard banking timelines for refunds.
